Walk to River Walk~Great for Groups Near Convention Ctr

Location of the home is great! Draw back this is listed as a pet friendly house but the pets cannot get on the furniture or beds and they can not be left alone at the house! This is not disclosed anywhere on the listing. When I booked the home as pet friendly it was last minute so we were unable to cancel the reservation after finding out that this house is basically NOT "pet friendly" at all. The other smalll issue this house is set up for a big family and there are only 2 showers. We made it work so this is not a big deal just a draw back.

Beautiful historic building in a nice neighborhood. It was indeed walking distance to the River Walk

This is a great location! A wonderful neighborhood and home close to downtown/River Walk restaurants, but its own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Easily walkable to downtown. We had 3 generations of family from 15 to 80. The beautiful home had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas. The outdoor area was great! We used the pool every day and night, as well as the outdoor dining area. Also nearby are fantastic eateries for the foodies in your group, as well as places to grab a drink on a hot day. We would love to stay here again!

The house is in an historic neighborhood. So it is not a new house. But it did accommodate our family, one of the drawbacks, there were 4 bathrooms, but only 2 bathrooms have a shower, the other 2 only had tubs. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and glassware. The backyard area was nice. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean, as we had expected. The host was very responsive to questions and taking care of our needs.

Very pleased. Wonderful old home. Near River Walk. Near local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
